Justice Dept. Wins Settlement With Texas Hospital Over Trans Procedures on Kids

court upheld a Texas law that requires public school classrooms to display the Ten Commandments, possibly setting the issue up for the U.S. Supreme Court to decide.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit upheld Senate Bill 10 this week. This bill says that all public schools in the state “shall” put up the Ten Commandments in classrooms.
